MY COACHING STORY

Experienced professional, mother, survivor, thriver.

Personally, I am the mother of four sons, which was my first job as a coach! It primed me to become an expert in leadership, chaos management, damage control, and conflict resolution. Through my own experiences as a survivor, I became a confidant and mentor helping women deal with and overcome traumatic relationships. The development of successful life skills is what has made it possible for me to lead and help others on a larger scale. That has been a dream come true.

Professionally, I've worked alongside C-Level Executives in a multitude of disciplines for over 15 years.  Therefore, I am no stranger to the challenges of a busy professional's life.  Whenever I moved onto a new position my boss or team would often ask me the same question,  "What am I going to do about my life now?". This was a common thread. Therefore, it became apparent that the personal life aspect of my support is what was most valuable to them. Thus, many of my former employers became my clients before I had officially started my coaching business. Now as an Executive Coach, I can provide this support to more than one professional at a time.

Over the years I've strived to perfect how the elements of life, work, and family can exist in harmony and how to effectively manage the times they don’t - all while maintaining grace under pressure! Mastering yourself is a skill and that is the expertise I want to share with my clients to support their journey, goals and lifestyle.
